You can cancel a reservation later the same as any standard
reservation.

But, if you wait to make a reservation, you may not be able to do
so.

Individual group members may make their reservations at 800-446-6677.
§
Use the group code USM (USMA CLASS OF 1961) when making the reservation.
§
Be patient – the agents I have dealt with for the reservations I have made have
all had trouble.
§
Make sure they find the Group Name.
§
If they tell you rooms are not available, tell them to check again – the rooms
are blocked out.

Accessible Rooms
o
The hotel has only a few accessible rooms.
§
29 Class members requested an accessible room.
§
Therefore, these are a major concern item for us.
o
The hotel does have a number of rooms with walk-in showers and
has agreed to assign these to Class members if requested.
o
So, if you can accept a room with walk-in shower, reserve either
a 1 King Bed room or 2 Queen Beds room.

Tell the agent you have a Special Request
“A standard room with a walk-in Shower”
DO NOT let the agent put you in an accessible room.

Also, notify me that you need a walk-in shower.
I will follow up with the hotel to ensure you get a room with a
walk-in shower.

If you require only an accessible room and one is not available,
notify me and I will work the issue.
