Vita:

Working as an author and have published books and articles about America’s wars including several about the war in Vietnam where I served two tours in the 1960s and seventies. Margaret and I enjoy the Washington area. All of our children and grandchildren reside in Virginia and visit us frequently. We enjoy running, volunteer work, studying history and are dedicated fans of DC United and the Redskins (June 2017)
