The family of Ralph Pollard appreciates so much this web page that allows
Ralphs friends the world over to learn of his passing and affords us the opportunity to say a few words about him. We also offer a special thanks to MAJ Ken McKay for notifying you of Ralphs death. This has been an
emotional experience and it helps us to know that West Point cares so much. |
Ralph was a true patriot and worked to help people all over the world. He was an Air Force officer who worked in areas that were dangerous, and his West Point training saw him through. We really dont know how to describe a mans life in a few words. Probably the most important thing to say about
Ralph is that he lovingly served God, his family, and his country to the best of his abilities. He was Second To None. |
Ralph was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. The empty space he leaves can be filled only by our wonderful memories our lives were so enriched by him. |
Thank you again for your outpouring of support and allowing Ralphs
family to say a few words. |
And so, with a quiet suddenness, it was ended with a massive heart attack. In the mid-years of life, the only dreamed-of death became a solemn reality. |
Sincerely, The Family of Ralph Pollard |
