Chuck Windsor Presented "Commander's Award for Public Service"


The Department of the Army recently presented a "Commander's Award for Public Service" to Chuck Windsor.

The presentation was made on July 17, 2000 by LTG David Ohle, Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, Department of the Army.

The award stated:

"For outstanding contributions to the United States Army, the Department of Defense, and the Nation during the past thirteen years as a member of the Young & Rubicam Army Group.  As Director of Promotions, Mr. Windsor's proven abilities have been invaluable in maintaining the Army's personnel strength in peace-time and in times of national crisis.  His management skills and technical expertise in local advertising and promotional marketing during this unique and challenging period of Army recruiting have made lasting contributions to the strength of our Nation and our Army, reflecting great credit upon him, the Young & Rubicam Army Group, and the United States Army."
