It is with great regret and
sorrow that I must notify you of the death of our classmate, Charlie Welsh,
Company D-1, on November 22, 2025, in Puyallup, WA.
Charlie is survived by his
daughter, Jennifer Anderson; his daughter Katie Welsh and her husband, Arnoud
Zeelen; grandchildren, Sydnie Nix, Daniel Cook and his wife, Anna, and Charlie
Zeelen; and his great granddaughter, Ruby Nix. He was predeceased by his
wife, NanSea.
A Celebration of Life will
be on date to be determined,
Burial will be at 11 AM, on
Monday, January 12, 2026, at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th Street,
Kent, WA 98042.

In lieu of flowers, the
family has requested that donations in Charlie’s memory be sent to the
Superintendent's Annual Fund. Make checks payable to West Point
Association of Graduates, designate Superintendent’s Annual Fund in the memo

Mills Road, West Point, NY 10996.
