sorrow that I must notify you of the death of our Classmate, Charles E. Fraser
on September 13, 2013, in
Englewood, FL.

FRASER, Charles E., born in Lakeland, Florida on June 15, 1937,
died peacefully on Sept. 13, 2013 at the age of 76, at his home on Manasota
Key in Englewood, FL. Charles was born as the only child to Cecil and Theresa
(Arnold) Fraser. He attended Lakeland High School where he was a member of the
undefeated football team. He entered the U.S. Army in November 1955, and was
selected to study for the Academy at West Point. He joined State Farm
Insurance in 1964 and served as an agent in Tampa and Plant City for 35 years.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carolyn (Edwards); his son, Barry
Fraser and daughter-in-law Lynn Hennegan Fraser; grandchildren, Kathryn and
Andrew, great granddaughter, Rylie; and daughter, Pamela Fraser Fendt and
son-in-law Harry Edward Fendt. Charles was an avid fisherman and spent many
hours on the water throughout his life with his family, and his childhood
friend, Richard Atchison and his wife, Carol Atchison. At Charles' request
there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers or culinary comforts,
the family requests that donations be made to Tidewell Hospice. Funeral and
