Class Memorial Pages\F-2 Walt Claassen.pdf

On the 26 of June my grand dad Walter Claassen died and I miss him more than anything in the world.  I’d give anything in the world to see him right now.  I don’t have a memory in my mind without my grandpa in it.  I love him so much and I’m not the only one, its everyone, my little brothers and my little sister.  My half brother David never had a chance to meet him but I can tell him anything he wants to know.  He loved candy, he smoked cigars, and he had so many favorite movies.  All I know is that if you have something in your reach, don’t let it go.

On July 26, 1999 my dad passed away in Philadelpia, PA of a massive heart attack. He is deeply missed. He is survived by his wife Betty Claassen, his sons Walter E III "Rip", Gregory J, Micheal G., and his daughter Patricia M. He was preceded in death by his son David Peter. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Mark, Keith, KC, Josh, Jonathan, Steffi, Danny, AJ and Meg.

To know my dad was to know a man that was wise beyond his years and wonderful. I miss him, and think of him daily. Don't ever take advantage of a moment, always tell the people you love that you love them because in a blink of an eye they can be gone.

Patricia Claassen-Glover
