Second Annual Final Pig Roast 12 Oct 2024 Was a Success

Michelle and George Kopcsak outdid themselves in hosting the Second Annual Final Pig Roast at their Full Circle Farm on 12 October. The lucky attendees included 41 classmates and spouses, as well as children, grandchildren, and neighbors. The guest of honor was a 180-lb hog that George roasted all night. As a bonus, the group helped George celebrate his birthday. It was a grand occasion, and as George says, “pass one up, die one short.”
